This product is hand made using natural materials ensuring each piece is distinctively different and possesses unique characteristics. Small variations or imperfections in colour, design, size and finish may occur from piece to piece. Products made from rattan may present tonal variations within the fibre which are not considered faults. Cracking, splitting, natural defects or leaching of natural oils may be present in natural materials and are not considered faults.
Suggested for indoor use, undercover and away from all weather. It is up to the customer to use outdoors, however, any use outdoors voids the warranty.

Good value for the money.
I bought 2 of these ottomans, and am very pleased. I think most designers would call the color "oatmeal"; it is a very neutral blend of tan/ivory threads. The fabric is lovely, and seems to be heavy, while the seams appear to be sturdy. The ottomans were slightly larger than I thought they would be (I am not great at picturing dimensions), Compared to the prices on similar ottomans, these appear to be good value for the money.
